FAQ

        1. How come no pricing on website?

         –   Reason being, we believe we are able to value add to every customers request. Hence we do not have a budget category nor pricing on our website except for Mask. By contacting our sales consultant, they are able to advise you better base on your budget, events, logo, preference and quantity. No customers are the same.  

       2.  What is the timeline for sample and production?

         – Samples usually within 7 days upon order and artwork confirmation. Mass production usually 1 – 2 weeks for existing stock and 3 – 4 weeks for oversea stocks. 

       3. Ordering Process

         – Upon confirming order. Sales consultant will issue Official Quotation for your acknowledgement. Once acknowledged, consultant will request for your logo and confirm the artwork with you. Once everything confirmed, Invoice will be issued. And 50% downpayment will be require. Mock up sample will be processed. Once approved by customer, mass production will be proceed. Balance 50% will be paid during delivery. Cash or Bank transfer. 

Sales Consultant -> Order Confirming -> Official Quotation -> Artwork confirmation -> Invoice issued -> Downpayment -> Mock up sample -> Mass Production -> Delivery and balance payment. 

       4. Minimum Order Quantity

          –  Most of the items have a MOQ of 30pcs. For some items from oversea, we will require MOQ of 100pcs or higher. Higher quantity does help to lower the costing for the item and also printing cost. 

       5. Customise Items (UNIQUE)

          – We are able to customise items base on your corporate pantone colours (Match closest possible) or build your item from stretch. MOQ 500pcs and above depending on the product. 

       6. Faulty item 

         – We advise our client to check the goods upon delivery. We give them 1 week to check and inform us if there are goods that are of unacceptable condition. We will then advise the next course of action. If needed, we will definitely do a 1 to 1 exchange for our customer. For Electronics products, most warranty are 1 year.
